Questions
What counts as one “capture”?
One capture = one saved take. You start Flipbook, it records frames while things change on screen, and when you stop, that whole take counts as a single capture — as long as it produced at least one frame. A take that captured nothing is never charged.
Is this a subscription?
No. You buy a one-time pack of 1,000 capture credits for $5. There are no recurring charges. When you run low, you can buy another pack — only if you want to.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
What data leaves my device?
The contents of your captures never leave your device. To count captures against your balance, the browser extension sends only an anonymous device ID and a per-take identifier to our credit service. See our Privacy Policy.
How do payments work?
Payments are securely processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your card details. After payment your credits are added automatically and a license key is issued so you can restore them anywhere.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see our Refund Policy. Because you get 200 captures free to try first, we ask you to make sure Flipbook fits before buying, but we honor refunds on unused or substantially unused packs and always fix accidental or duplicate charges.
