Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flipbook capture credits are a digital product. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and refunds are issued back through Dodo to your original payment method.
Try before you buy
Every Flipbook user gets 200 capture credits for free, with no card required. We ask that you use your free credits to confirm Flipbook works for you before purchasing a paid pack.
When you can get a refund
- Unused or substantially unused packs. If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have used only a small portion of the pack (roughly the first 100 credits or fewer), we will refund it in full.
- Accidental or duplicate charges. If you were charged twice or bought a pack by mistake, contact us and we will refund it, regardless of the 14-day window.
- Service failure. If credits were charged but our service failed to deliver them, and we cannot promptly correct your balance, you are entitled to a refund of the affected amount.
What is not refundable
- Packs where most of the credits have already been used, outside the situations above.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase, except for duplicate charges or service failures.
Because credits never expire and there is no subscription, there is nothing to “cancel” — you are never billed again unless you choose to buy another pack.
How to request a refund
Email sajidbhaithe1hpgod@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Dodo order number or license key. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Dodo Payments, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in your credit balance being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
